Door-to-Door Roofing Canvasser, Storm Damage Field Rep (1099 Commission)

Vlaag is a local, established, insured roofing company. We hire outgoing people with no roofing experience needed, and we get you earning fast. Our app does the heavy lifting. It hands you scored routes, door talking points, and an AI roof-damage scan. You knock storm-hit neighborhoods, document damage, and help homeowners get started. We take care of everything after the sign, including the claim, the adjuster, and getting the project finished, so your deals actually close and you get paid.

What you'll do

• Canvass storm-targeted neighborhoods (routes provided by the app)
• Talk with homeowners and walk them through their options
• Document roof and storm damage with the app's photo Evidence flow
• Help interested homeowners sign up for a free inspection
• You never negotiate anyone's insurance claim. You document the damage, and the office runs the claim.

What we look for

• 18 or older
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Outgoing, persistent, and coachable
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods outdoors
• Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to pass a background check

Pay & upside

Uncapped 1099 profit-share. You earn a share of each job's profit, paid in two parts as the insurance checks come in. Reps in roofing sales commonly earn around $65k to $75k a year hitting weekly goals, and top performers make $100k to $250k or more. This is commission and profit-share on a 1099 basis. Those numbers are a market range, not a guarantee, and what you earn depends on your results. There is no hourly base.
